has facilities for maintaining a computerised clinical record. This record
consists of an unlimited number of typed entries ("clinical notes") and may be
date oriented or problem oriented or both. The clinical notes are always marked
with the date and time of entry (which may not be altered), and may be viewed
and printed either in date order or for a defined problem.
